The Welsh language:  

There are various languages spoken around the world. Welsh are one of the languages with a strong history behind it. Welsh is known as a Celtic Gaelic language. It belongs to the family of Cornish and Breton. But the Gaelic language of Scots and Irish are different in the root of the language.  

Around 20% of the total population in Wales can speak the Welsh language fluently currently. When someone visits Wales, they might not be able to speak Welsh language. But if they manage to speak Welsh, their trip to Wales will be more thrilling and enjoyable. The spoken Welsh are as sweet as a poem. The lyrics and the flow of the language give it a poetic sound. But often the writing of the language is difficult to get a fast grip. 

A few tips on comparison with English will make it a little more comfortable to understand the language. The letters j,k,q,v,x,z are absent in the Welsh language. To get the English letter ‘v’ Welsh language uses one ‘f’. For the sound of ‘f’ in English the combination of f as ‘ff’ is used. One ‘dd’ will be pronounced as ‘th’ in ‘then’. Welsh is a bit similar to German in that the long names are not actually that long. These are words combined together in the real sense.
 
Welsh belong to the Indo-European language group. Hence it is very much similar in grammatical structure to other languages under Indo-European category. But Welsh cannot be considered to be highly related to English like German or French. People who speak Welsh are located in the West and North-West of Wales. Welsh are largely seen in internet in various areas of concern. There are online services to support blogs in Welsh. Welsh are highly used in warfare also.

To use highly spoken language in encryption of data is highly insecure. When decrypted, they can be easily understood by the hackers. Hence the best method is to use some rare language like Welsh. The language is not known by a large number of people and hence when decrypted also, this will not be known to many people.  
The number of people speaking Welsh is decreasing in Wales. There are no major statistics showing the exact number of Welsh speaking people. When there was a rise in the population in the twentieth century, the total number of people who can speak Welsh also increased considerably. There are steps taken to preserve the Welsh language in the last twenty years. A change in attitude among the people was a positive signal of sustaining the Welsh language. An act was introduced in the year of 1993 which served to protect the language over the years. This caused a revival of Welsh in recent years and Welsh started enjoying an equal status as that of English in various political sectors. Now there are Welsh speakers in various parts of the world.
